t <br />Criteria per section 17.56.170: C,1-4: <br />1. Proposed fill complies with section 17.56.150 (see <br />above). <br />2. Proposed fill is necessary for the proper function of the <br />clubhouse and proper site utilization. The proposed fill <br />is the minimum amount necessary to achieve the required <br />function. (please see enclosed site plan; Attachment <br />'B') . <br />3. The proposed fill, in conjunction with the entire golf <br />course development, will not imprudently reduce the flood <br />storage capacity of the waterway and the proposed fill <br />will not encroach on that portion of the floodplain which <br />will have significant flow. <br />4. The proposed fill will be protected against erosion by <br />coverings of compacted gravel roadbase and asphalt in <br />designated areas, in addition to seeding of natural <br />areas. <br />Criteria per section 17.56.170; D: <br />All fuels and other similar flamable, toxic or buoyant <br />materials shall be stored above the flood protection <br />elevation. <br />Therefore, we request that the special exception permit be <br />granted for the golf course clubhouse as indic;t.ed on the <br />enclosed site plan (Attachment 'B') subject to 'zmpliance <br />with the criteria listed above (Criteria per section <br />17.56.170; A, 1-5, and section 17.56.170; C, 1-4, and <br />section 17.56.170; D). <br />
