City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 6, 2021 <br />Page 10 of 11 <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item by title. Mayor Stolzmann moved to approve the <br />ordinance on first reading and set the public hearing; seconded by Mayor Pro Tern <br />Maloney. <br />Vote: Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1807, SERIES 2021 — AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 <br />OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING BUILDING HEIGHT <br />CALCULATIONS — 1ST READING — SET PUBLIC HEARING 5/4/21 <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item by title. Councilmember Fahey moved to approve <br />the ordinance on first reading and set the public hearing; seconded by Mayor Pro Tern <br />Maloney. <br />Vote: Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />None. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS, COMMITTEE REPORTS, AND IDENTIFICATION OF FUTURE <br />AGENDA ITEMS <br />ECONOMIC VITALITY COMMITTEE — no report <br />FINANCE COMMITTEE — no report <br />UTILITY COMMITTEE — no report <br />COLORADO COMMUNITIES FOR CLIMATE ACTION — tracking bills currently going <br />through the legislature. <br />COMMUTING SOLUTIONS — met today and discussed Federal and State legislation and <br />funding that might be coming for transportation projects. <br />CONSORTIUM OF CITIES — meeting tomorrow to discuss natural disaster preparedness. <br />DOWNTOWN BUSINESS ASSOCIATION STREET FAIRE — met today and working on a <br />plan for the summer event that can also meet COVID regulations. <br />DENVER REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS & METRO MAYORS CAUCUS — <br />DRCOG is working on approving the MetroVision Transportation Plan and State funding <br />equity. Also looking at a newly introduced police reform bill. The Metro Mayors Caucus <br />took a position of opposition on the bill. <br />
