i
IF
Pete Ross and Ella Ross posed for photos in 1978:
Documents recorded with Boulder County show that following Ella Ross's death in 1979, the
owners of the house became Pete Ross plus both of his children, Betty Marino and Don Ross, in
1982. Pete Ross died that same year. In 1983, the owners became Betty Marino and her
daughter, Diane. In 1998, Diane Marino became the sole owner. In 2005, while Diane Marino
was serving as a member of the Louisville Historical Commission, 829 Lincoln was featured on
the Louisville Holiday Home Tour.
The preceding research is based on a review of relevant and available online County property records, census
records, oral history interviews, Louisville directories, and Louisville Historical Museum maps, files, and obituary
records.
8
