Call to Order: Chair Laura Levesque called our meeting to order at 6:33pm. <br />2. Roll Call: (Attendees Present in bold text): Seth Adams, Tiffany Boyd, Todd Budin, <br />Josh Cooperman, Laura Levesque -Catalano, Dan Mellish, Mark Persichetti; <br />Staff Liaison Katie Baum; participating guest, Council Member Deb Fahey; <br />participating resident R.J. Harrington. <br />3. Approval of Agenda: Motion to do so made by Tiffany B, seconded by Seth A. <br />4. Approval of May-2021 Meeting Minutes: Motion to do so made by Tiffany B, <br />seconded by Seth A. <br />5. Public Comments: RJ Harrington had follow-up comments related to the Int Energy <br />Agency. He noted the Planning Commission approved the Redtail Ridge <br />development application. And related to that, we should consider if our Sustainability <br />Action Plan is strong enough to limit fossil -fueled additions? Generally, residents will <br />need to act to strengthen our zoning criteria and SAP. <br />Should we have public questions in upcoming surveys to gauge public interests? <br />Katie B noted the Redtail Ridge development will follow the 2021 IECC, expected to <br />be adopted by City Council soon. <br />6. LSAB Member Updates & Reports: <br />Tiffany B reported that she is the recipient of Recycle -Colorado's 2021 award for <br />Volunteer of the Year, for her work to promote and advance Louisville's upcoming <br />single -use bag -tax! <br />Laura L reported that, starting June 1st, Xcel's `Revenue Decoupling Pilot' goes into <br />effect. Decoupling will break the link between electricity sales and utility earnings. In <br />short, it's designed to encourage conservation and energy efficiency without the <br />utility being financially penalized because of the resulting reduction in electricity <br />usage.
