Fall Education and Engagement: Katie B's memo in the meeting packet gave <br />updates on upcoming education and engagement efforts. She also highlighted <br />upcoming events when LSAB volunteers will be needed on Aug-291" at Davidson <br />Mesa, Sept-22nd for Bike -to -Work Day, Sept-25'" for an EV Ride -&-Drive, Green - <br />Business Breakfast in early Oct, and in mid -Oct to assist with drop-offs of bag -tax <br />info packets to local businesses. And for America Recycles Day in mid -Nov, she's <br />requesting suggestions for what we can do. <br />Tiffany B asked how can we engage residents? Can we partner with local PTA and <br />perhaps Andy Johnson (DAJ Design) for tours of energy -efficient local homes? She <br />will coordinate this possibility. <br />AMP Robotics — tie-in with a tour of the Bo -Co MRF? <br />Katie asked about a late -autumn program about how the SAP was developed. <br />Laura L asked if we should do a joint Lafayette -Louisville Fall Film Series? Should <br />we continue it from last year? Should we try to do it as both an in -person and online <br />program, or as either/or? <br />10. Citizen Action Discussion (ongoing discussion from May meeting): <br />Todd B stated we'll need a framework/platform/landing page to list and find proposed <br />topics. <br />Katie B noted we have a City template for a landing page, with some customizing <br />features. <br />Seth A asked if we can use the City's email notifications feature? <br />Laura L asked if we could use the City's quarterly newsletter? And for topics on the <br />Engage -Louisville platform, how can we take such topics to `the next step'? <br />RJ Harrington cautioned we prevent that platform from becoming a trolls' hangout. <br />Katie noted we have a monthly digital newsletter, and that she can work on a <br />template like that used for the Economic Vitality newsletter. She'll try to have some <br />template options available for review in July. Other options and processes were <br />briefly discussed. <br />11. Administration Tasks: <br />A. Work Plan Review: For July, a Municipal Efficiency update, support needed for <br />the Bag -Tax implementation, Climate Action, and Commercial survey review. <br />B.
