Call to Order <br />Jessamine called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Board Members Present: Laura Scott Denton, Peter Gowen, David Blankinship, <br />Tom Neville, Jessamine Fitzpatrick, Annaliese Steel <br />Board Members Absent: Helen Moshak, Charles Danforth <br />Staff Members Present: Nathan Mosley <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Jessamine moved to approve the agenda as written. <br />4. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes <br />Laura pointed out that Annaliese Steel should be added to the list of present <br />board members in the roll call of the previous meeting minutes. <br />Peter moved to approve the minutes with the aforementioned change. Tom <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />5. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />Jessamine reviewed the rules for public comment. There were no public <br />members attending. <br />6. Staff Updates— Nathan <br />See updates on pages 8-11 of the July 2021 OSAB Meeting packet. <br />A. Nathan sent an email to each board member to ask whether board <br />members were comfortable to resume in -person meetings. He asked the board <br />members to respond individually to that email. <br />B. Nathan provided an update on the 104t" Street Trail. The design <br />consultant contract has been approved and should be moving forward for 2021- <br />2022. The most recent cost estimate came in significantly higher ($2.7 million for <br />2.2 miles) than previous estimates due to inflation and the discovery that the <br />site's complexity is more significant than initially realized. This was an <br />unwelcome shock, but the trail is a high priority for all the stakeholders <br />(Louisville, Lafayette, and Boulder County) and the municipalities all want to <br />continue to pursue it.
