The changes on this <br />table compared to the current GDP include a removal of the 1,500 sf minimum lot area <br />requirement for commercial development, reduction in minimum lot widths from 30' to <br />20' for commercial and from 55' to 18' for residential, and a reduction on the maximum <br />height allowance for principal uses for commercial and residential development from <br />35'-0" to 30'-0".
