We thank you for helping us carry out our mission. We are delighted <br />that you will bring your talent to Louisville and look forward to your event. The LCC believes that your <br />project excels at meeting the grant's intention of bringing a diverse selection of arts programming to <br />Louisville residents. <br />Louisville Art Program Grant Acceptance Agreement <br />This agreement is made as of the 1st day of March, 2019 between the Louisville Cultural Council and <br />(RECIPIENT NAME) for the acceptance of Louisville Cultural Council Art Program Grant funds in the <br />amount of XXXO to be utilized for the following project: (PROJECT NAME) . <br />Therefore, in consideration of the mutual obligations set forth herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />Receiving Funds: Awarded funds will be distributed following formal acceptance of the <br />Louisville Art Program Grant and signing of the Louisville Art Program Grant Agreement. <br />Contact: A member of the LCC will serve as a liaison for you in matters pertaining to your <br />program. Katie Zoss, City of Louisville Cultural Arts and Special Events Coordinator is also <br />available to answer questions if you are unable to reach your liaison. <br />3. Facility Use: In addition to the cash award, your grant also includes 1 day of use of the Louisville <br />Center for the Arts or the Steinbaugh Pavilion on the day of your performance. <br />a. Call or email Katie Zoss at the City of Louisville (303.335.4581, kzoss@louisvilleco.gov) to <br />reserve your desired date and performance space. <br />b. Scheduling of the Louisville Center for the Arts and Steinbaugh Pavilion is first come, <br />first served. Specific dates are not reserved until grant awardees have contacted the City <br />and received confirmation. <br />c. If schedule permits, grant awardees may receive one additional day of use of the <br />Louisville Center for the Arts or Steinbaugh Pavilion for rehearsal or setup of their <br />program. Rehearsal time is not guaranteed. <br />d. Use of the Louisville Center for the Arts includes the following: <br />i. Staging Platform (two 4' x 8' sections) <br />ii. Piano — Piano will likely need to be tuned at the expense of the awardee. Please <br />request use of the piano in advance as it is locked and requires a key. <br />iii. 88 Chairs <br />iv. Approximately 15 tables <br />
