4. Tickets: Grant awardees may sell tickets to their events and have the right to keep ticket <br />revenue. <br />Changes or Cancellation to Program: By accepting the grant funds, your organization agrees to <br />execute the event as stated in your grant application. <br />a. If you need to request substantial changes to your proposed program, please contact <br />your Louisville Cultural Council contact or Katie Zoss immediately to request approval of <br />your modified project. <br />b. If you are unable to execute this project, all grant funds must be returned to the LCC <br />immediately. <br />6. Grant Awardee Responsibilities: Awardees shall handle all aspects of their program/event; <br />including but not limited to, all development, fundraising, planning, facility set-up, necessary <br />equipment, ticket sales, concessions and marketing materials. <br />7. Marketing Assistance: The LCC and City of Louisville can assist with marketing distribution. <br />a. Awardees must include the LCC logo on promotional materials. <br />b. To be included in the City of Louisville website and e-newsletter, please provide <br />electronic marketing materials and a short description of your event to Katie Zoss at <br />least 6 weeks prior to your event. <br />c. 7 posters may be given to Katie Zoss to be hung in City buildings (Library, Rec Center, <br />City Hall, etc.) <br />d. Grant awardees may request a list of local businesses that traditionally accept LCC <br />posters for hanging. <br />e. A list of online event calendars that allow free posting of arts events can be found at <br />http://www.louisvilleco.gov/residents/arts-events/resources. <br />8. Grant Report: Awardees must complete an after -event evaluation form within 60 days of the <br />execution of their program/event.
