Show Cause Hearing — KCM Restaurant Holdings, LLC d/b/a <br />Mudrock's Tap and Tavern — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 585 <br />South Boulder Rd — April 12, 2021 Incident (continued from October <br />25, 2021 Meeting) <br />Introductions by Adam Golin and Dan Carr with Dill & Dill. A stipulation <br />has been reached that negates a hearing. A Revision of 4b of the <br />stipulation was made. Machado moved to approved amended Stipulation <br />and Finding and Order; second Newell. <br />Roll call vote — All in favor. <br />B. Public Hearing - New Application — April Flowers Hair, LLC d/b/a <br />Sunbeam Studio — Beer & Wine Liquor License — 1655 Cannon Circle, <br />Unit 300 <br />The public hearing for April Flowers Hair, LLC d/b/a Sunbeam Studio was <br />opened by Kaufmann. The Secretary stated the application was complete, <br />the premises was posting, notice was published as required and no <br />comments were received. There were no reasons to deny the application. <br />There were no Authority member disclosures and the board agreed that <br />the boundaries of the neighborhood were the current city boundaries. <br />Kaufman moved that the entire application be made part of the record of <br />the hearing; Machado seconded. All in favor. <br />The applicant, April Wetzel, was sworn in by the Secretary and gave <br />testimony on the location, the nature of the business and the desire for a <br />liquor license. Questions were asked by the board regarding the exact <br />location of the business and the anticipated business model (hair salon). <br />An email in support of the license was noted by the Secretary as the <br />resident was unable to attend the meeting in person. There was no <br />opposition to report. <br />After brief member discussion, Lipton noted that the applicant was of good <br />moral character, there was a desire for the license to be granted and that <br />all City and State law requirements have been met. Based on those <br />findings, she moved that the Beer & Wine Liquor License for April Flowers <br />Hair, LLC d/b/a Sunbeam Studio be approved. The motion was seconded <br />by Machado. Roll Call Vote: All in favor. <br />
