December meeting cancelled <br />The secretary informed the board that based on email responses, <br />the December meeting of the LLA is cancelled and the next <br />meeting will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022. <br />B. Temp MOP for Winter <br />The secretary informed the board that several businesses along <br />Main Street are participating in the Winter Outdoor Dining Program <br />which runs November 1, 2021 to April 25, 2022 which requires a <br />temporary Modification of Premises. Five businesses have <br />completed their MOP and have been submitted to the state for final <br />approval. Three other businesses have submitted their paperwork <br />and final approval is pending. <br />C. Fees for 2022 <br />The secretary informed the board that City Council approved the <br />updated fees for liquor and marijuana for 2022. The fee schedules <br />were presented to the board for their review and comment. <br />D. LLA Rules of Procedure <br />The secretary stated that the LLA Rules of Procedure have <br />incorrect information and outdated statutory and procedure <br />references. She would like to add a review of the Rules of <br />Procedure to the February 2022 meeting agenda. <br />10. Authority Attorney's Report <br />None <br />11. Authority Comments <br />None <br />12.
