All in favo . <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />AMERICAN LEGION POST III <br />SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR <br />LICENSE - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the application <br />and Attorney Rautenstraus advised that it <br />was in order. <br />Mayor Meier opened the public hearing. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that notice <br />of the public hearing was properly given and <br />the property was posted. <br />Mayor Meier asked if there was any presenta- <br />tion by the applicant for by staff - none. <br />Anyone in favor of the applicant - none <br />Anyone in opposition of the applicant - none. <br />Council comments - none. <br />Mayor Meier closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that the American Legion Post III <br />Liquor license application for special <br />events for December 3, 1983 from 4:00 P.M. <br />till December 4, 1983 2:00 A.M. be approved. <br />Roll Call vote: <br />Meier Yes <br />Fauson Yes <br />Cummings Yes <br />Leary Yes <br />Cussen Yes <br />Morris' Yes <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />BLUE PARROT INC. - LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the renewal <br />and Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order. Also advised that <br />this was a liquor license renewal and appli- <br />cation for change of ownership. Council <br />would need to approve both of these, if they <br />so desire. <br />
