Question called for. All in
favor. ,:<eMotion carried unanimously.

Councilmembers had a copy of a letter from
Charles L. Sisk, Attorney representing Kirk
Peck of Colorado Copier Systems, Inc. re-
questing application for Industrial Revenue
Bonds to construct his business in the Colo-
rado Technological Centerp relocating his
business from Broomfield, Colorado.

Attorney Rautenstraus advised the request was
for a public hearing relative to issuance
of industrial revenue bonds. The initial
opportunity for council is a resolution of
intent and this is what Mr. Peck wished to
bring to council at the time of the public
hearing. The date suggested for the hearing
would be December 6, 1983.

Commented that it was his feeling that the
agenda for December 6th will be fairly lengthy
with Homart's public hearing, and unless the
applicant is constrained to that timing, would
prefer that this public hearing be held on
December 20th if possible.
