Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the application; <br />a report from the Police Dept. and Attorney <br />Rautenstraus advised that the application <br />was in order. <br /> <br />Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that Karen's Country Kitchen liquor <br />license be renewed. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the request <br />and Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application did not require a hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Mayor Meier seconded <br />that the Safeway Stores Inc. change of officers <br />be approved. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the appli- <br />cant, by letter, has requested a continuance <br />with a new schedule that there be a council/ <br />staff study session held on Tuesday, October <br />25, 1983, with the first reading for rezoning <br />on November 3, 1983; and proposed public hear- <br />ing and final reading on the rezoning on Decem- <br />ber 6, 1983. On doing so in this matter the <br />applicant has would waive specifically a <br />requirement that the public hearing be held <br />within 60 days of the Planning Commission <br />action. By approving this particular schedule <br />Council would also be going along with that. <br />Requested action would be to table this matter <br />until November 3, 1983 with a request for <br />a Study Session October 25, 1983. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Cussen seconded <br />that Ordinance #808 - Louisville Associates <br />Rezoning be tabled and a study session set <br />
