<br />'SGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JUNE 7, 1983 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:31 P.M. M.D.T. There being present at <br />the call of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />John Leary, Susan Morris, Dennis Ferrera and <br />Herman Fauson <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br /> <br />Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Dave Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Michael Cussen, Councilman <br />Don Cummings, Councilman <br />Sharon Caranci, Director of Finance <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES <br />Corrections <br /> <br />Councilman Ferrera wished the minutes be <br />corrected - there was a discussion between <br />Councilman Leary and Richard Biella and Council- <br />man Leary answered yes to Mr. Biella's question <br />that his property was being designated open <br />space - wished this to be on record in the <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary wished his and Councilman <br />Fauson's vote corrected, on the first vote <br />on the election his. and Councilman Fauson's <br />vote were switched around. Councilman Leary <br />voted no, Councilman Fauson voted yes. <br />Mayor and Council then accepted the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of May 18, 1983 as <br />corrected. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br />Sewer Tap Increase Ordinance <br /> <br />Councilman Leary stated that Council had passed <br />at the last meeting to have on the agenda the <br />raising of the sewer tap fee. Was this not <br />prepared? <br />Administrator .Wurl advised that it was not <br />ready. <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that the agenda be approved as <br />presented. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />PPROVAL OF THE BILLS <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the <br />amount of $168,240.11. <br />
