CHARLES GROSSO- TRACK INN
REQUEST

Charles Grosso

Councilman Fauson
Lighting

Mayor Meier
Trial Basis

Councilwoman Morris

APPROVAL WITH CONDITION

POWDER RIVER CONSTRUCTION -
PAY ESTIMATE #1 WATER LINE

PAYHENT APPROVED

6/7/83

Page -4-

Councilmembers had a copy of a letter from
Mr. Grasso requesting permission to extend
the hours for his beer garden.

Stated when he built the beer garden council
requested it be closed at sundown. Since that
time he has had several requests to keep it
open later, and there have been no problems
for the past year; therefore requested council's
permission to extend those hours until 11:00 P.M.

Inquired of Mr. Grasso if he would have subdued
lighting - the type that would reflect down _
for the bocci court. Grosso agreed they would
reflect down and be controlled.

Inquired if Mr. Grosso would be agreeable to
extend the hours until 11:00 P.M. on a trial
basis and if there were too many complaints
would he shut it down. Grosso agreed to do
this.

Suggested that a time-frame be set for the
trial basis on the extension of hours.
Mayor Meier commented he didn't feel a time-
frame need be set as Council may at any time
alter that.

Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Ferrera
seconded that the request of the Track Inn
be approved to extend the closing of the beer
garden from sundown to 11:00 P.M. with the
condition that if there is a significant prob-
lem with the surrounding area that it be brought
before Council for reevaluation. Question
called for. All in favor. Motion carried
unanimously.

Councilmembers had a copy of the pay esti-
mate as well as a letter from Rocky Mountain
Consultants recommending payment. Staff also
recommended that Council approve the estimate.

Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera
seconded that pay estimate #1 in the amount
of $$3,954.38 to Powder River Construction
be paid. Question called for. All in favor.
Motion carried unanimously.
