~ESCHEDULED MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MAY 18, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Pro-tern Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Micahel Cussen, Susan Morris, Don Cummings, and Dennis Ferrera ALSO PRESENT: Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney John Rupp, Director of Community Development Willaim Hesson, City Treasurer August Hioco, Director of Community Services Dave Blanchard, City Engineer Sharon Caranci, Director of Finance Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: Mayor Norbert Meier Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES: Councilwoman Morris wished the minutes of the regular meeting of May 3, 1983 corrected as follows: On page 14 - hopefully the grant to be received by the Youth Task Force from Mile High United Way would be $7,000.00 not $1,000.00 as stated. Mayor and Council then accepted the minutes as corrected. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA The agenda was approved as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilwoman Morris referred to City Attorney's Item 8G. Ordinance #798 - Christman Zoning, stated that she did not receive all the necessary enclosures from Planning Commission and Planning Staff. Director Rupp advised this ordinance was being presented on first reading, but he would check into this. Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilman Cummings seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS AMERICAN LEGION POST 111 - SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS - PUBLIC HEARING Mayor pro-tern Fauson opened the public hearing. Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the appli- cations were in order and the property had been properly posted.
