<br />~ESCHEDULED MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAY 18, 1983 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Pro-tern <br />Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.T. There being present <br />at the call of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Micahel Cussen, Susan Morris, <br />Don Cummings, and Dennis Ferrera <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />Willaim Hesson, City Treasurer <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Dave Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Sharon Caranci, Director of Finance <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ABSENT: Mayor Norbert Meier <br />Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES: Councilwoman Morris wished the minutes of <br />the regular meeting of May 3, 1983 corrected <br />as follows: On page 14 - hopefully the <br />grant to be received by the Youth Task Force <br />from Mile High United Way would be $7,000.00 <br />not $1,000.00 as stated. Mayor and Council <br />then accepted the minutes as corrected. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilwoman Morris referred to City <br />Attorney's Item 8G. Ordinance #798 - <br />Christman Zoning, stated that she did not <br />receive all the necessary enclosures from <br />Planning Commission and Planning Staff. <br />Director Rupp advised this ordinance was <br />being presented on first reading, but he <br />would check into this. <br />Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />AMERICAN LEGION POST 111 - <br />SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />APPLICATIONS - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Mayor pro-tern Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the appli- <br />cations were in order and the property had <br />been properly posted. <br />
