Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />BLUE PARROT II - LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the appli- <br />cation was in order and an incident report <br />had been provided councilmembers by the Police <br />Dept. <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the Blue Parrot II liquor license <br />be renewed. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />'ESTERN EMPIRE CONSTRUCTORS <br />.AY ESTIMATE #2 WASTEWATER <br />PLANT <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the estimate, <br />and a letter from Rocky Mountain Consultants <br />recommending payment. <br /> <br />PATI1ENT AUTHORIZED <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that Pay Estimate #2 be authorized <br />for payment to Western Empire Constructors Inc. <br />in the amount of $57,804.12 - 36% of the esti- <br />mate; the balance being paid by Homart. <br />Question called for. All in. favor. Motion <br />carried unannimously. <br /> <br />PUBLIC SERVICE CO. - APPROVAL Councilmembers had a copy of the costs sub- <br />OF INGREASEDCOSTS - WASTEWATER mitted by Rocky Mountain Consultants recommend- <br />HAXE~ ing council authorize the increase. <br /> <br />At the request of Councilman Cussen for clari- <br />fication City Engineer Blanchard advised that <br />on street lights, Public Service gives esti- <br />mates that are good for a specific time period, <br />and if the project is delayed the original <br />estimate was no longer valid and this is the <br />up-dated cost. <br />
