ORDINANCE #789 - RICKMAN- MOSES ANNEXATION PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED Councilwoman Morris dayor Meier ORDINANCE #790 - RICKMAN- MOSES ZONING PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED ORDINANCE #791 - WAREMBOURG ANNEXATION 4/19/83 Page -7- Cummings No Ferrera No Fauson No Motion carried 4-3. Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; Attorney Rautenstraus read it on first read- ing by title only and the request was for authorization for publication and a public hearing be set for May 17, 1983. Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that Ordinance #789 - Rickman-Moses Annexation be published and a public hearing be set for May 17, 1983. Inquired when a determination would be made regarding the right-of-way along South Boulder Road. Director Rupp advised one of the statements in the annexation agreement indicates the dedication of rights-of-way. Generally it is acquired when the subdivsion process is before council. Inquired what the density would be on this annexation. Rupp advised tha.t the applicant did request R-H zoning; however staff recommended R-M zoning. Question called for on the motion. All in favor. Hotion carried unanimously. Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only on first reading.
