<br />RESOLUTION #10 - DEFERRED COM- <br />PENSATION PLAN <br /> <br />Vesting Requirements by the <br />City <br /> <br />ADOPTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #11 - MANUFACTURED <br />HOUSING <br /> <br />ABLED <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #12 - ANTI TRUST <br /> <br />ADOPTED <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ATTORNEY'S <br />REPORT <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />Council-man "Leary <br /> <br />HARPER LAKE - PRELIMINARY <br />ITE APPROVAL <br /> <br />3/1/83 <br /> <br />Page -11- <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the resolution <br />and Attorney Rautenstraus read it in its <br />entirety. <br /> <br />General discussion was held by council re- <br />lating to years of service, vesting rights, <br />and probabtionary one-year period. <br />Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that an employee must be employed 1 yr. <br />by the City before he/she has vesting rights. <br />and after one year City would provide 10% <br />vesting rights thereafter for 10 years. <br />Questioi1 called for - 6 Ayes, Councilman <br />Leary abstained. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that Resolution #10 - Deferred <br />Compensation Plan be adopted. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the resolution; <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read it in its entirety. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that Resolution #11 - Hanufactured <br />Housing be tabled until complete copies of <br />Senate Bill 210 are made available to council- <br />members. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the resolution <br />and Attorney Rautenstraus read it in its <br />entirety. <br />Councilman Leary moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that Resolution #12 - Anti Trust <br />be adopted. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the City Attorney's report <br />be accepted and placed on file. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Requested that the Harper Lake item be taken <br />next as there were several residents in the <br />audience that were interested in this item. <br />Administrator Wurl advised that McStain <br />Enterprises had contracted with Varra to <br />remove some of the dirt to another site <br />owned by them.
