Councilman Leary Mayor Meier Vote on Motion to Table the Annexation Request Vote on Motion to Refer Annexation Request to Planning Commission Mayor Meier MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - POISON ullliVENTION WEEK 3/1/83 Page -9- of the City's intent for the property; did not favor' tabling the request. Did not feel it was the Planning Commission's reponsibility to deal with the water situation; felt that it was council's responsibility to have granted them the direction on how to proceed. Commented it was his feeling under the time frame that the Planning Corrnnission reviews annexation requests and it will require final approval from council, it was his hope that council could deal with the water concerns in the interim. Also felt that through the Planning Commission process council would get an idea of vl7hat is being planned for the property and what their intent is in working with the City. Yes No No No Yes Yes Yes Directed City Administrator Wurl to have facts and figures being discussed on the renovation of Harper Lake and extension of the Louisville reservoir as soon as possible. Set up a study session to deal with these also as soon as possible. Hayor Meier read the proclamation in its entirety and presented it to Cathy Weber of the Rocky Mountain Poison Control Center.
