<br />tlliGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 1, 1983 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met: in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville1 Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:33 P.M. M.S.T. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor and Council approved the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of January 18, 1983 <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the agenda be approved. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. <br />Councilwoman Morris stated she did not re- <br />ceive one of the items enclosed - specifi- <br />cally the map relative to the annexation <br />request. It was determined that the map <br />had been provided previously. <br />Items enclosed accepted with the exception <br />of the map. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier opened the public hearing. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the prop- <br />erty was properly posted and the application <br />was in order. <br />Presentation by the applicant or by staff. <br />None. Anyone in favor of the application. <br />None. Anyone in opposition to the appli- <br />cation. None. Council comments - none. <br />Mayor Meier closed the public hearing. <br />
