tlliGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 1, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met: in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville1 Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier called the meeting to order at 7:33 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: ABSENT: ALSO PRESENT: ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES \PPROVAL OF THE AGENDA ITEMS ENCLOSED COUNCIL ITEMS AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris Dennis Ferrera and Herman Fauson Don Cummings, Counci.lman William Hesson, City Treasurer Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety David Blanchard, City Engineer Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk Mayor and Council approved the minutes of the regular meeting of January 18, 1983 as presented. Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the agenda be approved. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Councilwoman Morris stated she did not re- ceive one of the items enclosed - specifi- cally the map relative to the annexation request. It was determined that the map had been provided previously. Items enclosed accepted with the exception of the map. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Mayor Meier opened the public hearing. Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the prop- erty was properly posted and the application was in order. Presentation by the applicant or by staff. None. Anyone in favor of the application. None. Anyone in opposition to the appli- cation. None. Council comments - none. Mayor Meier closed the public hearing.
