PAY ESTIMATE <br />4fl <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />FLOYD OLSON ANNEXATION <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />REFERRED TO PLANNING <br />COl1MISSION <br /> <br />2/1/83 <br /> <br />Page -2- <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cussen <br />seconded that the American Legion Special <br />Events Liquor License applications be approved <br />for February 12, 1983 from 6:00 P.M. till <br />February 13, 1983 2:00 A.M., March 12, 1983 <br />from 4:00 P.M. till March 13, 1983 2:00 A.M., <br />April 16, 1983 from 3:00 P.M. till April 17, <br />1983 2:00 A.M., and May 21, 1983 from 3:00 P.M. <br />till May 22, 1983 2:00 A.M. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier opened the public hearing. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the appli- <br />cation was in order and the property had been <br />properly posted. <br />Presentation by applicant or staff - none. <br />Anyone in favor of the applicant - none. <br />Anyone in opposition of the applicant - none. <br />Council comments - none. <br />Mayor Meier closed the public hearing. <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the Louisville Fire Dept. <br />special events 3.2 Beer liquor license <br />for February 26, 1983 from 4:00 P.M. to <br />Midnight be approved. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the estimate <br />and recommended payment memo from Director <br />Hioco. <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded that pay estimate #1 to Jicinsky <br />Construction Co. in the amount of $5,580.00 <br />be approved. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Administrator ~lurl advised Mr. Olson IS <br />annexation request was for an exchange of <br />property - to be zoned Industrial. The <br />City would obtain 18 acres of open space <br />area in exchange of 4 acres of City owned <br />land. Staff's recommendation was for Council <br />to refer the annexation request to the Plan- <br />ning Commission for their review and recom- <br />mendation. <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the Floyd Olson annexation <br />request be referred to the Planning Commission <br />for their review and recommendation. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />
