illGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 18, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrera and Herman Fauson ABSENT: William Hesson, City Treasurer ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety David Blanchard, City Engineer Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ACCEPTANCE OF THE HINUTES CORRECTION Councilwoman Morris corrected the minutes by adding, Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the City's Agreement was made with Salt Lake City rather than a local repre- sentative of the LDS Church, regarding the shared access/shared parking issue. Mayor and Council approved the minutes of the regular mel3ting of January 4, 1983 as corrected. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fau:son moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA REPORT FROM THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY Councilman Leary requested that Director of Public Safety give a report on the policy of patroling Main St. and any improvements that can be made in conjunction with the business men. LOUISVILLE FIRE DEPT. SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR APPLI- CATION Councilman Fauson requested that the Louisville Fire Dept. Special Events Liquor License Application be added as SF to Council Items. Question on the motion with the additions to the agenda. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
