Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the pay request <br />as well as a mE~mo from the City Engineer <br />recommending payment. <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that final payment in the amount <br />of $4,159.00 be authorized to Jicinsky <br />Construction Co. for the Eldorado Springs <br />Diversion Facilities. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cussen <br />seconded that the Klubert Warembourg letter <br />annexation request be accepted and referred <br />to the Planning Commission for review and <br />recommendation.. Question called for. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the Moses/Rickman letter - <br />annexation request be accepted and referred <br />to the Planning Commission for review and <br />recommendation.. <br /> <br />Requested that the Planning Commission do <br />a thorough review of the zoning classification <br />requested for this annexation. Questioned <br />high density zoning as best land use. <br /> <br />Question called for on the motion. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the letter <br />of interest from Marge Maagoe, copy of the <br />ad for the vacancy, as well as a recommenda- <br />tion from the Library Trustees. <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded that Harge Maagoe be appointed <br />to the Library Board for a 5 year term. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />
