PEGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 4, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Don Cummings, Susan Morris, Michael Cussen and John Leary ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety David Blanchard, City Engineer Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Mayor and Council approved the minutes of the ~egular meeting of December 21, 1982 and continued meeting of December 22, 1982 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Councilwoman Morris Commented at our last meeting the joint access, shared parking situation was discussed between Neodata and the LDS Church. This should have been on the agenda this evening; inquired if this would be added. Mayor Meier Advised there was a motion on the floor to accept the items enclosed and the agenda could be amended to include this item or Director Rupp be asked to give a report, under Council Items. Councilman Leary Felt it should be added if it is available. Question called for on the motion. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Mayor Meier Requested Director Rupp to make a report under Council Items.
