This was done to increase their
business not to change their designation or
approach. Since that time they have changed
their advertising to state restaurant and
lounge, have deleted the night club wording.
Stated all noise and other concerns would
be kept to a bare minimum.

Inquired how late the band performed.
Goldberg replied not past 1:30 A.M.
She advised the complaints she received were
they were not concerned about the music dur-
ing the dinner hour; the neighboring residents
were of the opinion that the establishment
was not a lounge or a night club. Their
concern was that the music was loud late at
night .
Mr. Goldberg stated when their original appli-
cation came before council they were informed
that the Kosher Burrito would have live enter-
tainment and he was unaware that a stipulation
was made relative to the hours. Some of the
neighboring residents were present if council
wished to talk w~th them.

Inquired if Mr. Goldberg had received any
recent complaints of noise or parking problems.
His reply was he had not and was surprised
when he was asked to attend - never once
received a complaint, either verbal, written,
by telephone or in person.

'"
y.
