The Framework Plan Map should be amended in Opportunity Area #4 to <br />delete the residential land designation on the ConocoPhillips property. <br /> <br />4. Table 3.1 (Framework Plan Summary Statistics) should be amended to reflect <br />consistency in the projected population with the Community Vision statement. <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation and the Planning Departments reviewed all four chapters <br />of the Plan to ensure internal consistency with regard to demographic and parks <br />and open space statistics. The following amendments were made: <br /> <br />a) Table 3.1 Framework Plan Summary Statistics has been revised to a <br />population goal of 23,000, acres of active parks per 1,000 persons of 17.8 acres, <br />and miles of off street trails per 1,000 to 1.5 miles. <br /> <br />b) Table 3.2 Existing Parks and Open Space has been revised by Parks and <br />Recreation. <br /> <br />c) Page 3-36 has been revised by Parks and Recreation to reflect 346 acres of <br />parks resulting in 17.8 acres per 1,000 persons. <br /> <br />d) Chapter One, (page 1-5) amended text to reflect an increase from 16 acres to <br />17.8 acres of parks per 1 ,000 persons. <br /> <br />e) Chapter One, (page 1-15) based upon a four year revision frequency 2013 will <br />be the next revision date. <br /> <br />5. Policy SE.3.7 of the Sustainable Environment Element - revised to delete the <br />word 'captured'. <br /> <br />6. Incorporate a text amendment in Chapter Four related to Sustainable <br />Environment which states that, 'in the Louisville Municipal Code that will guide <br />voluntary cost-effective sustainable building practices'.
