Absent: Mayor Sisk and Mayor Sackett. <br /> <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes (3/03/09) <br />C. Award 2009 Tree Planting Services Contract to Harmony Gardens, <br />Inc. <br />D. Award Bid to Restoration Concrete, Inc. for Memory Square Pool <br />Bath House Flooring <br />E. Approval of Agreement with Scott, Cox and Associates, Inc. for <br />Professional Geotechnical Services for the City's 2009 Capital <br />Improvements Program <br />F. Approval to Modify the Scope of Services for the existing <br />Agreement with Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. (SHE) for <br />Construction Management Services for the Dillon Road Project <br />G. Approval to Cancel March 24, 2009 City Council Study Session <br />H. Approval of Takoda Metropolitan District Intergovernmental <br />Agreement <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Youth Advisory Board members Sam Webster and Megan Valentine invited <br />Council and the public to the second Poet-a-thon, which will be held at the Art <br />Center on Saturday, April 11, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. All proceeds will go to Social <br />Services to purchase backpacks for students in foster care. Admission is $2.00 at <br />the door. <br /> <br />COUNCil INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Marsella wished everyone a Happy St. Patrick's Day. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> <br />City Manager Fleming reported on the following: <br /> <br />· Mayor Sisk is representing the City at the National League of Cities <br />meeting in Washington, D.C. The Mayor notified the City of the U.S. <br />Attorney General's announcement of funding for Police Officers through <br />the COPS Program. The City will apply for funds to hire a police officer. <br />
