<br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 21 ,2009 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk recused himself from Consent Agenda Item 4F Resolution No. 14, <br />Series 2009, regarding Wells Fargo Bank and disclosed he serves on their <br />Community Board. He called for changes to the consent agenda and hearing <br />none moved consent agenda Items 4A through 4E and 4G through 4H be <br />approved. Councilor Sackett seconded the motion. All in favor. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk left the room on the discussion and vote on Consent Agenda Item 4F <br />- Resolution No. 14, Series 2009. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Marsella moved Consent Agenda Item 4F - Resolution No. 14, <br />Series 2009 be approved, seconded by Councilor Dalton. Proclamation for Boulder County Children's Day Family Week in <br />Louisville <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Richard Miller, 1230 Kennedy, Louisville, CO opposed the City increasing any tax <br />on the citizens. He stated with the troubled economy it would only further burden <br />the citizens. He felt there are items in the budget, which should be cut before <br />taxes are raised. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilor Clabots reported due to snowy conditions, the Arbor Day Festivities <br />were rescheduled to Saturday, April 26, at the Arboretum. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk responded to Mr. Miller's concern and noted the Council is not <br />considering nor has committed to any tax measure for the 2009 ballot. <br />
