Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Josie Heath <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution <br />in its entirety, and advised Council that <br />Mr. Conklin of George K. Bond Co. was present <br />to answer any questions. <br />Morris <br />Councilman Leary moved, Councilwoman/seconded <br />that Resolution #28 - Housing Bond Allocation, <br />Boulder County be adopted. <br />Director Rupp advised that Louisville's share <br />of the bond was $363,292.00, but could receive <br />more funds depending how many cities parti- <br />cipate in the program. <br /> <br />Inquired if the bond would include condominiums. <br />Rupp replied that it did. <br /> <br />Advised that she was very disappointed to ad- <br />vise Council that the bond underwriter;stat.ed <br />it is not possible to issue these bonds with <br />the home improvement component. Therefore <br />it was removed from this issue but with very <br />strong direction to the bond underwriter that <br />the home improvement component was a very im- <br />portant priority to the Commissioners.
