<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />APRIL 6, 1982 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Hayor Meier called <br />the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call <br />of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, <br />Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrera, and Herman Fauson <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br /> <br />Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES <br />CORRECTIONS <br /> <br />Hayor Meier requested a correctior.. be <br />made on page 6 by adding the date April <br />17, 1982 for the Arbor Day celebration. <br />Councilwoman Morris requested on page <br />4 misinterrupted should read misinterpreted <br />as favoring oil and gas drilling within the <br />City, etc. and this correction be made. <br />Hayor and. Council accepted the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of March 16, 1982 <br />as corrected. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cum- <br />mings seconded the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CODNCIL ITEHS <br />CHANGE IN ORDER OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Meier requested a change in the order <br />of council items - 7D first - Mayor's Proc- <br />lamation - Vietnam Veterans Weekend, second <br />SA - Neodata Request, third 7F - Resolution <br />:/F13 - Inducement Industrial Revenue Bonds <br />Neodata. <br /> <br />MAYOR'S PROCLN'~TION - <br />VIETNAM VETERP1~S WEEKEND <br /> <br />Mayor Meier read the proclamation in its <br />entirety. <br />Bill Bradley accepted the proclamation on <br />behalf of the Vietnam Veterans and their <br />families and expressed his graditude to <br />the Mayor and Councilmembers. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl introduced Ken Taniguchi, <br />Architect for the Neodata project. <br /> <br />NEODATA REQUEST - AMEND ANNEX- <br />ATION AGREEMENT <br />
