4-EGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 15, 1981 Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. with the following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Brown, Meier, and Domenico. Also present were: City Administrator Wur1, City Attorney Rautenstraus, City Treasurer Hesson, Director or Community Development Rupp, Director of Community Services Hioco, Director of Public Safety Leesman, City Engineer Blanchard, Acting City Clerk Mudrock, Counci1members elect: Leary, Cussen, Morris and Ferrera. Absent: Chief Accountant Caranci. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES ITEMS ENCLOSED COUNCIL ITEl1S AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC HEARING APPROVAL ,"'- COAL CREEK JUNCTION - LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL APPROVAL ROYAL FOOD MART - 3.2 BEER LICENSE APPLICATION - SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ACCEPTANCE , \ Mayor Caranci and council approved the minutes of the regular meeting of December 1, 1981 as presented. Councilman Meier moved that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion carried. Attorney Rautenstraus advised the applica- tion was in order and proper posting had been made at 1340 Main St. Councilman Brown moved that the American Legion Special Events Liquor License be approved for December 31, 1981 from 4:00 P.M. to January 1, 1982 till 2:00 A.M. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the application was in order and there were no incident reports by the police depart- ment. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Liquor License for Coal Creek Junction be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the application was in order and suggested a public hearing date of January 5, 1982. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Royal Food Mart 3.2 Beer License application be accepted and a public hearing be set for January 5, 1982. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried.
