<br />4-EGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />DECEMBER 15, 1981 <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. with the <br />following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Brown, Meier, <br />and Domenico. Also present were: City Administrator Wur1, City Attorney <br />Rautenstraus, City Treasurer Hesson, Director or Community Development Rupp, <br />Director of Community Services Hioco, Director of Public Safety Leesman, <br />City Engineer Blanchard, Acting City Clerk Mudrock, Counci1members elect: <br />Leary, Cussen, Morris and Ferrera. Absent: Chief Accountant Caranci. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEl1S <br />AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />,"'- <br /> <br />COAL CREEK JUNCTION - LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />ROYAL FOOD MART - 3.2 BEER <br />LICENSE APPLICATION - SET <br />DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE <br /> <br />, \ <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of December <br />1, 1981 as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the items <br />enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised the applica- <br />tion was in order and proper posting had <br />been made at 1340 Main St. <br /> <br />Councilman Brown moved that the American <br />Legion Special Events Liquor License be <br />approved for December 31, 1981 from 4:00 P.M. <br />to January 1, 1982 till 2:00 A.M. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order and there were <br />no incident reports by the police depart- <br />ment. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Liquor <br />License for Coal Creek Junction be renewed. <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order and suggested <br />a public hearing date of January 5, 1982. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Royal <br />Food Mart 3.2 Beer License application be <br />accepted and a public hearing be set for <br />January 5, 1982. Seconded by Councilman <br />Brown. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br />
