If the
material is received by noon of December
16th, a continued meeting would be called
for Council to review the agreement on
December 16, 1981 at 7:30 P.M.

Administrator Wurl advised one of the changes
the developers wished to make with the Colo-
rado Department of Hiways was to place a
cap on the total cost; the second thing
was the amount of land that would have to
be acquired and the limit for this purchase
was set at $50,000.

None

City Attorney read the Ordinance by title
only and certified proper publication.
Hayor Caranci opened the public hearing
and called on Director Rupp who stated that
the annexation was approved by the Planning
Commission at their meeting of November 10th
by a vote of 5-2.
A slide presentation was shown of the area
of approximately 35 acres divided by Coal
Creek. The adjacent zoning shows that
Louisville city limits does lie within the
1500' setback limit illustrated in the City's
Comprehensive Plan and is shown for open
space. Water and sewer utilities are not
immediately available to the site and there
are no proposal requests by the applicant.
The present zoning is 18 acres for cornnercial
and 15 acres for agricultural use, with
the commerical use being near Dillon Road.
The application has been in process for several
months.
