Each member of Council had a copy of the ordinance before him. Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by title only on first reading and requested a public hearing date be set as well as authorization for publication. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance #751 - Hetz Annexation be published and the public hearing be set for January 19, 1982. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. Each member of Council had a copy of the ordinance before him. Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by title only on first reading and the request was for Council's authorization for publication and a public hearing date be set. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance #752 Hetz Zoning be published and the public hearing be set for January 19, 1982. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution in its entirety. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution #28 - Teton Energy Co. Special Review Use be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Inquired if the land would be restored to its original state after the special review use by Teton Energy Co. Director Rupp advised that the Impact State- ment contained this specification and Teton is bound by their agreement. Councilman Meier inquired what type revenue would be derived from the oil and gas ex- ploration use.
