EXTENSION AUTHORIZED Councilman DelPizzo moved that Storer Cable TV be granted a 30 day extension for completion date. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Councilman Meier Requested that Mr. Tennessen give the City a letter stating they would be given the additional service of added channels at no extra charge. Tennessen agreed to this. Question called for on the motion. All in favor. Motion carried 4-0. AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE Councilman DelPizzo moved that the special events liquor license for the American Legion be accepted for December 31, 1981 at 4:00 PM to January 1, 1982 at 2:00 AM, and the public hearing be set for December 15, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 4-0. CORTINO'S - JIM DONAHUE LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER ANGELO'S PIZZA & SUBS JIM DONAHUE Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the application was in order. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the liquor license application transfer by Jim Donahue be approved. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Advised that he had been operating Angelo's Pizza and Subs for the past two years. The owner Robert Foy wished to get out of the food business, made him and offer and he accepted. He plans to continue to operate as in the past, but will change the name to Cortino's. APPROVAL Question called for on the motion. All in favor. ]Motion carried 4-0. AUDIENCE COMMENTS None. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT AMENDING HERIT PAY AND EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by title only on second reading and certified proper publication.
