<br />12/10/81 <br /> <br />Page -3- <br /> <br />Tennessen advised they did not - Louisville <br />was their number one priority. <br /> <br />EXTENSION AUTHORIZED <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Storer <br />Cable TV be granted a 30 day extension <br />for completion date. Seconded by Councilman <br />Brown. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier <br /> <br />Requested that Mr. Tennessen give the City <br />a letter stating they would be given the <br />additional service of added channels at <br />no extra charge. <br />Tennessen agreed to this. <br /> <br />Question called for on the motion. All <br />in favor. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the special <br />events liquor license for the American Legion <br />be accepted for December 31, 1981 at 4:00 PM <br />to January 1, 1982 at 2:00 AM, and the <br />public hearing be set for December 15, 1981. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />CORTINO'S - JIM DONAHUE <br />LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER <br />ANGELO'S PIZZA & SUBS <br /> <br />JIM DONAHUE <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the liquor <br />license application transfer by Jim Donahue <br />be approved. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> <br />Advised that he had been operating Angelo's <br />Pizza and Subs for the past two years. The <br />owner Robert Foy wished to get out of the <br />food business, made him and offer and he <br />accepted. He plans to continue to operate <br />as in the past, but will change the name <br />to Cortino's. <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Question called for on the motion. All in <br />favor. ]Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />AMENDING HERIT PAY AND <br />EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only on second reading and certified <br />proper publication. <br />
