RESOLUTION #24 - ESTABLISH HILL LEVY FOR 1982 Councilman DelPizzo ADOPTION ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT FRONT ST. TRAFFIC Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution in its entirety. Would like the record to show that the mill levy went down approximately ~ mill from the 1981 levy. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution #24 - Establishing the Mill Levy for 1982 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Heier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. Councilman Fauson moved the City Attorney's Report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Administrator Wurl referred to copy of memo given each council member relative to the distribution of registered voters of the wards. WARD I WARD II WARD III 1,017 1,116 1,110 Council had asked staff to prepare a re- port on the effectiveness of Front St. becoming a one-way street. City Engineer Blanchard made a copy of his report avail- able to all members of council - his recom- mendation was to install Stop Signs at l)northbound Front St. at Caledonia. 2) eastbound Caledonia St. at Front St. Council to review the recommendation and make a decision next council meeting.
