AQUARIUS LAND PURCHASE AGREEMENT PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE OF CITY REPORT COUNCIL COMl\1ENTS Councilman Fauson Councilman Cummings 10/20/81 Page -10- Each member of council had a copy of the proposal - AdministratorWurl advised he and the City Attorney have some changes to make. Also the 7 acres Aqarius agreed to dedicate to the City has not been dedi- cated to date. Wurl referred to item 4. of the proposal "Aquarius agrees to hook up to city water and sewer when said utili- ties are made available on Highway 42 and to pay the then usual tap ( and recovery) fees." The words "and recovery" were added to the proposal. There was only one map which each member pe.rused, showing the land that would be dedicated, what the city would purchase and what Aquarius would retain. A repayment schedule was given with the memo. Administrator Wurl advised the Aquarius people the reason the proposal had been held up was due to lack of funds. The rate of interest is 10%. Mayor Caranci suggested that the City Attorney, Administrator Wurl, and all members of Council review the proposal and council make a decision next regular council meeting. Staff to provide maps for all members. AD1'1INISTRATOR'S Councilman Domenico moved that the City Administrator's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Hotion carried. Inquired if the gutter on East Street had been repaired. Administrator Wurl advised that it had been repaired. Complimemted City Engineer Blanchard for the thorough report on Front St. and suggested the 2 stop signs be installed as soon as possible as well as 20 MPH speed limit signs be posted as soon as an ordinance can be prepared.
