Also the 7 acres Aqarius agreed <br />to dedicate to the City has not been dedi- <br />cated to date. Wurl referred to item 4. <br />of the proposal "Aquarius agrees to hook <br />up to city water and sewer when said utili- <br />ties are made available on Highway 42 and <br />to pay the then usual tap ( and recovery) <br />fees." The words "and recovery" were <br />added to the proposal. There was only <br />one map which each member pe.rused, showing <br />the land that would be dedicated, what <br />the city would purchase and what Aquarius <br />would retain. A repayment schedule was <br />given with the memo. <br />Administrator Wurl advised the Aquarius people <br />the reason the proposal had been held up <br />was due to lack of funds. The rate of <br />interest is 10%. <br />Mayor Caranci suggested that the City <br />Attorney, Administrator Wurl, and all <br />members of Council review the proposal <br />and council make a decision next regular <br />council meeting. Staff to provide maps <br />for all members. <br /> <br />AD1'1INISTRATOR'S <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br />Administrator's report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Hotion carried. <br /> <br />Inquired if the gutter on East Street <br />had been repaired. <br />Administrator Wurl advised that it had been <br />repaired. <br /> <br />Complimemted City Engineer Blanchard for the <br />thorough report on Front St. and suggested <br />the 2 stop signs be installed as soon as <br />possible as well as 20 MPH speed limit <br />signs be posted as soon as an ordinance <br />can be prepared. <br />
