Advised council that his son and daughter- in-law had moved out of the camper, and he was now requesting council's permission to have someone else live in the camper who would care for his mother Nayor Caranci requested Council table a vote on the temporary use permit since the original intent had changed, until next Council meeting. Councilman Brown moved that the Jandreau temporary use permit be tabled until next council meeting - October 20, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Roll call vote: Domenico No Cummings Yes DelPizzo No Meier No Brown Yes Fauson Yes Tie vote - 3-3. Mayor Caranci voted yes. l1otion carried. Councilman DelPizzo moved Commercial Industrial Construction be paid $2,500.00 as final payment for City Hall. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. Attorney Rautenstraus advised this was a renewal application and everything was in order. Councilman Meier moved that the Depot liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. Councilman Brown moved that the Southland Corp. beer license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Requested that Council be given a copy of the liquor license infractions with renewals. Administrator Wurl to see to it. Question called for. kll in favor. Motion carried 6-0.
