<br />ELECTION POLLING PLACES <br />DESIGNATION <br /> <br />Councilman Meier <br /> <br />DESIGNATION <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT TO HISTORICAL <br />COMHISSION <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COI~lliNTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />ORDINANCE #730 - STC NORTH <br />2ND READING, PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />10/6/81 <br /> <br />Page -3- <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised Polling Places <br />for the last municipal election were <br />Ward I Middle School <br />Ward II Community Bldg. <br />Ward III Elementary School <br />The City Hall was not used for Ward III <br />as usual because it was under construction <br />at that time. <br /> <br />Stated one advantage of having Ward III <br />polling place remain at the Elementary <br />School w'as more parking availability <br />than City Hall. He also advised that <br />he had distributed fliers with a map <br />showing Ward III polling place as Louisville <br />Elementary School. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the polling <br />places for the November 3, 1981 municipal <br />election be: <br />Ward I Middle School <br />Ward II Community Bldg. <br />Ward III Elementary School <br />Seconded by Councilman Cummings. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Notion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that Nancy Robson <br />be appointed to the Historical Commission. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Nancy <br />Robson 'was present and introduced herself <br />to council. <br />Question called for. :All in favor. Notion <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised Council <br />the public hearing on this ordinance was <br />opened on September 15th, and was request- <br />ing that council continue the hearing un- <br />til October 20, 1981. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that STC - North <br />Public hearing be continued until October <br />20, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Heier. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br />
