5. To adopt other operating adjustments to the 2022 expenditure budget
<br />related to changes in staffing that have been approved after adoption of
<br />the original 2022 budget last November;
<br />6. To adopt other operating adjustments to the 2022 expenditure budget
<br />related to the implementation of wage increases resulting from the
<br />Compensation Study; and
<br />7. To adjust revenue budget for delayed grants on delayed projects, for
<br />new revenue estimates, and for new revenue sources that staff did not
<br />anticipate, or were not measureable, at the time Council adopted the
<br />original 2022 budget.
<br />WHEREAS, funding for any increase in appropriations will come from
<br />new/increased revenue or from fund reserves.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br />SECTION 1. That the 2022 General Fund appropriation be increased by
<br />$7,273,900, from $28,815,910 to $36,089,810.
<br />SECTION 2. That the 2022 Open Space & Parks Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $1,546,100, from $5,971,070 to $7,517,170.
<br />SECTION 3. That the 2022 Conservation Trust — Lottery Fund
<br />appropriation be decreased by $50,000, from $210,100 to $160,100.
<br />SECTION 4. That the 2022 Cemetery Fund appropriation be increased by
<br />$380, from $241,600 to $241,980.
<br />SECTION 5. That the 2022 Historic Preservation Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $212,530, from $591,690 to $804,220.
<br />SECTION 6. That the 2022 Recreation Fund appropriation be increased by
<br />$11,100, from $4,484,200 to $4,495,300.
<br />SECTION 7. That the 2022 Capital Projects Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $6,763,920, from $9,048,100 to $15,812,020.
<br />SECTION 8. That the 2022 Water Utility Fund appropriation be increased
<br />by $5,763,260, from $9,173,830 to $14,937,090.
<br />SECTION 9. That the 2022 Wastewater Utility Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $1,034,300, from $5,557,110 to $6,591,410.
