City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 7, 2022 <br />Page 8of9 <br />Motion: Councilmember Fahey moved to approve Ordinance No. 1836 with the proposed <br />second reading amendments and new whereas language; seconded by Councilmember <br />Leh. <br />Vote: Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA AND THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Aaron Davenport, asked if residents attending remotely could use video to give <br />comments. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked for <br />a motion. Motion: Mayor Stolzmann moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by <br />Mayor Pro Tern Maloney. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Minutes: May 31, 2022 <br />B. She <br />also noted the quiet zones are now in place and functional. The train horns will not be <br />blown routinely any longer but may be blown if there is an obstruction on the tracks. <br />
