Members of staff had met <br />with Bob Farley and Bill Johnson of DRCOG <br />several months ago relative to the timing <br />of their schedule i-; in conjunction with <br />our urban services area amendment. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl stated part of the pro- <br />blem was that DRCOG and Boulder County only <br />address these amendments twice a year. <br />Director Rupp also stated that if STC <br />had a problem with their development in <br />the Longmont area, the development of the <br />STC North annexation may be started sooner <br />than anticipated. <br /> <br />Councilmen DelPizzo and Domenico were of <br />the opinion there would be no problem with <br />the amendment and was of the opinion the <br />STC North annexation should not be delayed <br />awaiting approval from DRCOG and Boulder <br />County on the urban services amendment. <br /> <br />No further remarks by Council - question <br />called for on the motion. All in favor. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only, requesting publication and <br />a public hearing be set for September 15, <br />1981. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />#731 - STC North Zoning be put out fo0 <br />publication and the public hearing be set <br />for September 15, 1981. Seconded by Council- <br />man Domenico. Question called for. All <br />in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus stated staff re- <br />quests this be tabled until a future date. <br />Director Rupp explained the developers <br />wished to review the exhibit which ac- <br />companies the development agreement as to <br />what their responsibilites are relative to <br />improvements. <br />
