Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson inquired if there was <br />an ordinance pertaining to the truck <br />load limit - there was severe road damage <br />from trucks traveling on 95th St. <br />Administrator Wurl advised we have one <br />for Main St. only. <br /> <br />Expressed a desire to have the correspondence <br />to and from Boulder County regarding the <br />STC North annexation. <br />Director Rupp advised a referral letter, <br />along with an impact statement was sent <br />to Boulder County. After receiving the <br />material they requested a meeting with <br />us, the County, and possibly the City of <br />Broomfield on future traffic and trans- <br />portation impacts on STC '$::present and . <br />future development. <br />Councilman Meier suggested that Director <br />Rupp send a letter to either Robert Farley <br />or David Pampu of DRCOG for their comments. <br />Rupp also advised as part of the application <br />other agencies that would be effected by our <br />request were included. The letter received <br />from David Pampu indicated they would be <br />contacting the School District, Fire Dis- <br />trict, Boulder County, as well as adjacent <br />cities relative to our request to amend <br />our urban services area. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci reminded members of Council <br />of the Budget Study Session at 7:00 P.M. <br />Wednesday, evening, August 19, 1981 <br />This session was postponed from August 17, <br />1981 until Monday evening August 24, 1981 <br />at 7:00 P.M. <br />Mayor Caranci also remarked that the cats <br />in his vicinity are becoming a real problem. <br />
