Kind€~r of the area reported that aerial <br />spraying could cut this cost to approximately <br />$1,100. <br /> <br />After a lengthy discussion from the residents <br />in the various areas expressing their frustra- <br />tions it was the general consensus that <br />everyone agreed Director Hioco and Council <br />were making effort to help solve the pro- <br />blem. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the Ordinance <br />by title only. <br />Short discussion from Council members as <br />to the size of the vacation. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance 11720 <br />Lois Lane Street Vacation be adopted. <br /> <br />Seconded by Councilman <br />call vote: Fauson <br />DelPizzo - <br />Brown <br />Meier <br />Domenico - <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />DelPizzo. <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br />Yes <br /> <br />Roll <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the Ordinance <br />by title only on second reading. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />if7 21 be adopted.
