He then <br />read the ordinance by title only. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance <br />#722 - Hocheder North Annexation be put <br />out for publication and the public hearing <br />be set for August 4, 1981. Seconded by <br />Councilman Brown. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only. Each member of Council had <br />a copy of the ordinance before him. <br />The request was for publication and suggested <br />public hearing date be set for August 4, 1981. <br /> <br />Councilman Heier moved that Ordinance 1f723 <br />Hocheder North Zoning be put out for pub- <br />lication and the public hearing be set for <br />August 4, 1981. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Hotion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney F~autenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only. Each council member had <br />a copy for their review. Attorney Raut- <br />enstraus advised Council this ordinance <br />would offi.cially get the 1959 street im- <br />provement off the County Assessor's books, <br />since the issue was paid in full in 1979. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance 1f726 <br />Dissolving General Improvement District <br />be sent out for publication and the public <br />hearing be set for August 4, 1981. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-tern Fauson expressed his concern <br />about the number of Industrial Revenue Bonds <br />being presented to Council and suggested that <br />a criteria/basis be instituted. <br />Administrator Wurl advised there was a criteria; <br />they must qualify before submitting their <br />request. However we could find out from <br />other cities what format they use. <br /> <br />Advised Council requests for Industrial <br />Revenue Bonds are made in many areas, but <br />it takes all kinds of amendments if you <br />
