<br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />~CCEPTANCE OF CITY ATTORNEY'S <br />~illPORT <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />Councilman Meier <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />City Hall Completion <br /> <br />7/7/81 <br /> <br />Page -5- <br /> <br />Administrator Wur1 advised the bond money <br />would pay for shares of Marshall Reservoir <br />water and storage rights of same; also pay <br />for James Donnelly Ditch water. <br />Discussion by Council directed to Mr. <br />Krahl on the funding process. Questions were <br />answered to their satisfaction. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus and Dunn Krahl shared <br />reading reading of Resolution #18 in its <br />entirety - Water Bonds. <br /> <br />Councilman Brown moved that Resolution :f1l8 <br />Water Bonds be approved. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Roll call vote: <br />DelPizzo Yes <br />Domenico Yes <br />Fauson Yes <br />Brown Yes <br />Meier Yes <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Brown. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl briefly described the <br />priorities listed and referred Council <br />to connnents from Planning Connnission <br />with their reconnnendation. Adoption was <br />reconnnended by Mr. Wur1. <br /> <br />Inquired how the priority numbers were .aet. <br />Administrator Wur1 advised by Council last <br />year. <br />Councilman Meier also requested more docu- <br />mentation on the item 1982 Police Investi- <br />gations lease schedules $7,000 for 3 years. <br />Chief Leesman explained this was for 2 police <br />vehicles. <br /> <br />Administrator Wur1 requested each member of <br />council for their connnents on each item. <br /> <br />Connnented that Item #6, Coal Creek Dam <br />should go to 1983 and needed a side note. <br /> <br />This will be to house the Public Works <br />Director; complete a small room for the <br />Judge and Attorneys during trials, etc. <br />plus some storage ~ea. <br />
