<br />r<EGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JUNE 2, 1981 <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, Brown, Meier and Domenico. Absent: <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Also present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, Police <br />Chief Leesman, Director of Comnlunity Services Hioco, City Engineer Blanchard, <br />Chief Accountant Caranci, and Acting City Clerk Mudrock. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ITEHS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />BOULDER VALLEY POW WOW <br />SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR <br />LICENSE APPLICATION <br />Al\1ERICAN LEGION <br /> <br />~UBLIC HEARING SET <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and Council approved the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of May 19, <br />1981 as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the items en- <br />closed be accepted and brought up under the <br />proper head of business. Seconded by Council- <br />man CUl1U1lings. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss advised Council the application <br />for the Special Events Liquor License was <br />for four days for a 3.2% Beer License at <br />1555 East South Boulder Road July 23, 1981 <br />commencing from 11:00 A.H. till Hidnight <br />and for the same times on July 24, 25, and <br />26, 1981. He stated the application was in <br />order and the proper posting had been done. <br />Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing <br />and asked if there was anyone in the audience <br />opposed to the application. None. <br />Anyone in favor of the application. None. <br />He then closed the public hearing. <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the Special <br />Events 3.2% Beer Liquor License for the <br />Boulder Valley POW WOW be approved as sub- <br />mitted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Attorney Joss advised Council the application <br />was for a special events full liquor license <br />for the American Legion to be held at 1340 <br />Main St. for July 17, 1981 from 6:00 P.l'1. <br />until July 18, 1981 2:00 A.H. and August <br />14, 1981 from 6:00 P.m. to August 15, 1981 <br />2:00 A.M. He suggested the public hearing <br />be set for June 16, 1981. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the application <br />for the special events liquor license be <br />accepted and public hearing be set for June <br />16, 1981. <br />
