Councilman Meier requested this continue to be monitored on a regular basis to keep ahead of any problems. Executive Session Councilman Meier requested a short execu- tive session after the meeting adjourned to discuss an employee relation problem. Arbor Day Councilman Meier suggested that some pub- licity be given to our Arbor Day celebration. Director Hioco advised that several booths would be set up at Safeway; the county had donated some bear root trees that would be given away, tree certificates will be given to be redeemed at various nurserys; also phamplets containing infonnation on care of trees, shrubs, gardens, etc. for this area will be available. Sandy and Gwen Hume had donated a tree, which will be planted at Centennial Park. He then stated we are trying for the Tree City, USA award and this was a good step forward. Mayor Caranci requested that all members of Council be present for an Executive Session after the meeting. Councilman Domenico Weeds - South Side of Hutchinson St. Dog Running at Large Inquired who was responsible to maintain this property. Administrator Wurl advised Carol Baker and a small portion to the City. Code Enforcement to take care of it. Reported there was a large white dog running loose in Bella Vista all hours of the day and night. Councilman Domenico stated it was a pleasure working v1ith Councilman Carnival and wished him well. Moving Miner's Statute Mayor Caranci was of the opinion 4 months ago a motion was passed that the Miner's Statue bE~ moved. He inquired if there were any plans to do this. Administrator Wurl advised that an estimate was obtained to move it. Councilman Carnival stated that Director Hioco presented the Tree Board with a lay-out of the landscaping budgeted and planned in
