MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - ANNUAL CLEAN UP WEEK AUTHORIZATION MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - ARBOR DAY COAL CREEK JUNCTION ALTERATION REQUEST TERRY GRALL, PRESIDENT :OAL CREEK JUNCTION Councilman Meier Councilman Domenico APPROVAL HISTORICAL CO~1ISSION- MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT STEVE Al\!DERSON AUDIENCE COMMENTS L'+/ 21/ 81 Page - 2 - Attorney Joss read the Proclamation in its entirety. Director Hioco informed Council this would be trash, limbs, and grass clippings and excluded junk cars, and refrigerators and other large appliances. Councilman Meier moved that the Mayor be authorized to sign the proclamation on Louisville Clean Up Week. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. read Attorney Joss/the proclamation in its entirety. Councilman Domenico moved that the Nayor sign the Arbor Day Proclmation. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. Each cow~cilman had a copy of the request and a sketch of the proposed plan. Advised council that the caboose and the next two cars have an existing patio and they would like to place 8 or 9 tables on the patio and provide service there. There would be no alterations to the existing building. Inquired if these would be permanent or temporary tables. Mr. Grall advised they would be temporary and would be taken in at the end of the surmner season. Remarked to Attorney Joss that 3 other re- quests of this type were denied. Attorney Joss advised all of these required construc- tion, Mr. Grall's request did not. Councilman Cummings moved that the Coal Creek Junction's alteration request be approved. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. Letters had been received from Steve Anderson and Nancy Robson expressing interest to serve on the Cormnission. Mayor Caranci appointed Steve Anderson, who was in attendance. None
